How to CREATE A CUSTOM ORDER

The easiest way to differentiate your brand from your competition is to add your logo to the packaging.

To print your logo, there is a minimum order quantity of 96 pieces per packaging style (not formula or shade) for cosmetics; 48 pieces per packaging style for skincare.

To print your logo, please contact your sales representative or one of our printing specialists at (800) 221.3071.  They will guide you through the following steps:

STEP 1: Choose Your Products

  • Select any combination of cosmetics products in common componentry to meet the 96 piece minimum. To view a list of cosmetic and skincare products by package click here.

STEP 2: Logo Placement

We recommend you order one unit of each of the desired products to confirm that your logo will fit the packaging.  Line drawings are also available upon request.

STEP 3: Submit your Logo

Please contact your sales representative or a printing specialist at (800) 221.3071 or (718) 361-1290 (outside of U.S. & Canada) prior to submitting your logo artwork.

Email your final artwork to your Sales Representative. Our preferred file formats are: Adobe Illustrator CC or under .ai, vector files with fonts converted to outlines, though other formats may be suitable.

A sample logo sheet will be sent to your attention to ensure your satisfaction before we create your printing plates. Any change to your artwork or logo positioning after your plates have been produced will result in additional plate charges.

NEED HELP? Our Graphics Department is available to assist you with your artwork at a cost of $100 per hour.

Work in CMYK mode, using spot colors or 100% black. Standard colors available are black, white, matte silver & matte gold. (Custom colors are available for an additional $100 per order.)

STEP 4: Review Your Sample

PREPAID ORDERS: Digital pictures of your logo on each component in your order will be sent via email for your approval. We require authorization in writing before we can proceed with printing your order. 

If you prefer, physical samples of products printed with your logo are available for $50 each.

CUSTOM COLOR OR LOGO PLACEMENT: We will send one physical sample of each decorated component for your approval at a cost of $50 each. 

  • Changes to the logo after the first sample is received will require that new plate is produced at a fee of $300 per component. Physical samples with the revised logo will be available at $50 each.

  • Changes to a custom logo color after the first sample is received can be made at an additional cost of $100 per order and $50 for each new sample required.

  • Plates: $300 per packaging style. Plates last for approximately 5,000 to 10,000 passes before they need to be replaced

  • Set Up Charge: $80 per packaging style per order

  • Charge Per Pass: $0.40 per unit

  • Custom Logo Colors: $100 per order

LEAD TIME

Allow 4 to 6 weeks after art approval and payment for product delivery.  NOTE: Customized products cannot be returned.

IMPORTANT: If you’re using an outside agency to produce labels, boxing or marketing materials that include YOUR NAME product information, please confirm details with your sales representative prior to finalizing your artwork. Online product descriptions, fill weights and shade imagery are presented for general guidance only and are subject to change.

Placing Your First Order

Register with us and become an approved customer to place an order from our full selection of cosmetics and skincare. Purchase one of our samplers to familiarize yourself with our high-quality formulas and extensive color ranges.


Wholesale Pricing

MANA is a global, business-to-business wholesale supplier of prestige-quality, private label cosmetics and skincare. Please register to request access to detailed pricing information for our full range of products, including makeup, skincare and point-of-sale merchandising.

Minimum Order Requirements

All orders must meet MANA’s $350 minimum order requirement. Please register to be approved by a Sales Representative to shop.


Back Orders

Occasionally an item may be temporarily out-of-stock at the time you order. Please be aware that we DO NOT BACK ORDER. Your invoice will flag any items that were not shipped and you will not be charged.


Please Order Carefully

Once your order is placed, it cannot be amended. Your order MUST be read back to insure accuracy. Please be sure your order is correct and complete at this time. All sales are final.


Discounts

Our price list features discounts based on quantities ordered per color. For quantities over 12 dozen per shade, a product specialist will work with you on getting special quotes.


Accepted Forms Of Payment

All first orders must be prepaid by corporate credit card, bank check or money order. Personal or company checks will be held for clearance.


Returned Checks and Order Cancellations

There is a $35 fee for any returned check. A 15% service charge will apply to any cancellations.


FDA Regulations

FDA regulations require all cosmetics and skincare products to have a "distributed by" label. Please make sure you label your products accordingly. It is necessary to comply with all federal, state and local cosmetic labeling, packaging laws and regulations.

New Customers Within The United States

New U.S. customers with a domestic shipping address who have not purchased from MANA before can register to shop with us. To register, please contact a MANA Sales representative at 1.800.221.3071, Monday through Friday between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM EST.
 

New Customers Outside Of The United States

Minimum Order Requirements

Minimum order per shade or item is 3 pieces. Most items must be ordered in multiples of 3 pieces and orders must meet MANA’s $350 minimum order requirement. (Exceptions will be noted where quantities need to be entered.) 
 

Orders over $500

All orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery.
 

International

If you live outside the US and would like to place an order with MANA, please contact a MANA Sales Representative for assistance at

Minimum order per shade or item is 12 pieces and orders must meet MANA’s $5,000 order minimum requirement. For reorders the minimum order is 12 unites per shade or item and orders must meet the $1,000 order minimum. Sample orders must meet the $200 minimum order requirement.

Custom Decoration

Orders requiring custom decoration must be placed with a MANA Sales Representative. For assistance, please call 1-800-221-3071, Monday through Friday between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM EST.
 

Product Labeling

It’s necessary to comply with all federal, state and local cosmetic labeling and packaging laws and regulations. FDA regulations require that all cosmetic and skincare products have a “Distributed By” label. Please be sure to label your products correctly.
 

Back Orders

Order Additions/Changes

In an effort to service our customers as quickly as possible, orders are activated in our order processing system almost immediately upon placement. Once they’re in process, we cannot add on to them or amend them. To avoid any inconvenience, please ensure your order is complete and accurate before submitting it.
 

Accepted Forms of Payment

All orders must be paid in full with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover), via wire transfer, a personal check or a money order.
 

Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP)

The suggested retail price ensures that the products are priced to reflect the high standards of our formulas and packaging.
 

Discontinued Items

Because the cosmetic industry is fast paced and driven by change, there are times when we need to revise our product offering. In most cases, this means adding new products and technologies. Unfortunately, we sometimes have to discontinue products. When a product is discontinued, it will be noted in the order form one season prior to discontinuation.

In order to most efficiently serve you, credit card transactions and order fulfillment are handled by established third party banking, processing agents and distribution institutions. They receive the information needed to verify and authorize your credit card or other payment information and to process and ship your order.

Cookies: When you use our site, we will store cookies on your computer in order to facilitate and customize your use of our site. A cookie is a small data text file which websites store on your computer's hard drive (if your Web browser permits) that can later be retrieved to identify you to manaprivatelabel.com. Product Information


Animal Testing

None of MANA’s products are tested on animals. As assured by our suppliers, raw materials purchased by MANA are not tested on animals and we do not test our finished products on animals. This is in regulation with E.U. cosmetic standards.

Shipping & Returns


Shipping

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Shipping will take up to 5 business days after order has been processed. FedEx ground service will be used unless otherwise requested. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.


Returns

Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date and must include an authorization form and label issued by our Customer Service Department. Products must be in original and saleable condition, unused and unlabeled. Custom decorated products and samples cannot be returned.

A 25% restocking fee will apply.


Damaged Items (Including Display Units)

Call Customer Service at 1-800-221-3071 within 3 days of receipt to report any damage. You must also call the carrier immediately for a damage inspection and claim for reimbursement. All original packing materials and cartons must be retained for inspection purposes.


Shipment Refusals

Please arrange to be available to accept your shipments. If an order is returned to MANA because it was refused or no one was available to receive it, you will be responsible for the shipping charges and a 25% re-stocking fee. If the order is re-shipped, freight charges will be applied. No further orders will be shipped until your account is clear.
